Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 — Section 12 — Transfer petition under — Permissibility — Held, in case the proceedings in the complaint continue before the Court of XIV Addl. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, the petitioner shall be put to hardship and grave inconvenience — Transfer Petition allowed and complaint transferred to Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Karkardooma Court, Delhi — It will remain open for CMM to proceed with the aforesaid complaint or transfer it to any other court competent to try the matter.
