Constitution of India — Article 30 — Right to establish and administer minority institution — Meaning of — Held, rights conferred by Article 30 of the Constitution to the minority are in two parts — The first part is the right to establish the institution of minority’s choice and the second part relates to the right to administration of such institution — The word establishment herein means bringing into being of an institution and it must be by minority community — The administration means management of the affairs of the institution.
