Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 — Sections 12 & 19 — Loud threatening utterances for Judicial Officer — Apology neither prompt nor genuine, Effect of — Interruption in work and shouting loudly while judicial officer was dictating the order to his stenographer in other case — Appeal against conviction for committing the contempt of court — Held, it is really shocking that a counsel who was in his mid fiftees could afford to behave like that — Apology or for that matter the unconditional apology was neither prompt nor genuine — Appeal dismissed — Appellant is directed to surrender and deposit the fine, failing which the Chief Judicial Magistrate, shall ensure to give effect to the judgment and order passed by the High Court.
