Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 — Section 11(6) — Appointment of arbitrator — Power of court — Held, when any of the parties to an Arbitration Agreement fails to act in terms thereof, on the application of the other party, the Chief Justice of the High Courts and the Supreme Court, in different situations, may appoint an Arbitrator.
