ORDER

1. This I.A.No.5/2013 has been filed for modification of judgment and order dated 13.12.2012 passed by this Court.

2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

3. Clause 11 in paragraph 31 of the judgment and order dated 13.12.2012 be read as follows:

“(11) The State of Jammu and Kashmir and the Shrine Board shall make due provision for registration of the yatris as proposed in the report and preferably at Srinagar and Jammu and if they find it necessary, they can make provision for registration at any other place also.”

4. So far as the clause 19 in paragraph 31 of the judgment is concerned, it does not require any modification/classification for the reason that all the suggestions made by this Court have been subjected to the wisdom of the Sub-Committee. Therefore, it is for the Sub-Committee to take appropriate decision after assessing the situation.

5. With these modifications, the application (I.A.No.5//2013) stands disposed of.
